课程内容

每节课分为两个部分:写作(约40分钟),口语(约20分钟)。
每节课考官会通过不同主题,运用真实的雅思材料、样本,对考试的各个部分进行细致的讲解(语法、词汇、逻辑),发现每位考生存在的问题并提供解决方案。考生们需要在下节课开始前提交作业,以便老师在课堂上进行讲评和更正。

课程安排(10节课)


All sessions will contain different topics and REALISTIC IELTS materials,includingreal samples.


Each session would be divided into Writing section (approx 40 min),the other section for Speaking (approx 20 min).


Session 1

Overview/awareness, different components of Writing (Academic Module).

Types of essay, etc.

Overview/awareness, different sections of Speaking. Sample interview to set standard.

Writing Task 1 and 2 will be assigned for the student to submit to teacher the day before their next lesson (this sets the student's current standard).

Session 2

Feedback on submitted work (writing) discussion, correction.

Focus on Writing Task 1 Graphs.

Sample 2. Setting the standard and analysis of text (Grammar, lexis, logic, task development)

Speaking. Practice Section 1. Feedback.


Task 1 assignment will be assigned for the student to submit to teacher the day before their next lesson.

Session 3

Feedback on submitted work (writing) discussion, correction.

Focus on Writing Task 1, Bar Chart/Table

Sample 3. Setting the standard and analysis of text (Grammar, lexis, logic, task development)

Speaking practice Section 2. Feedback.


Task 1 assignment will be assigned for the student to submit to teacher the day before their next lesson.

Session 4

Feedback on submitted work (writing) discussion, correction.

Focus on Writing Task 1, Pie chart and pie chart/graph combinations.

Speaking practice Section 3. Feedback.


Task 1 assignment will be assigned for the student to submit to teacher the day before their next lesson.

Session 5

Feedback on submitted work (writing) discussion, correction.

Focus on Writing Task 1, Process diagrams/maps

End of 'Crash course'.


The student will be offered a full 'mock test' which is marked and assessed giving feedback on each section using the IELTS poblich band descriptors, this gives the candidate a more realistic sense of what score they're likely to achieve in the actual test.


Please note


1. It's essential that the students who join this type of 'crash course' already have at least an Upper Intermediate level of English (B2 or FCE ;evel, for example).

Otherwise, the student may feel let down and be disappointed with a low score in the real test.


2. These courses should be 1:1 to be effective. If there are other students, for an online lesson, there should not be more than 4 in a 'crash course' and they all must have the same level of English.


The previous points must be truly taken into account in order not to disappoint candidates; it must be understood that with a crash course, the focus is on exam strategy, not on language development.
