　　1.选择美剧

　　首先建议选择情境喜剧，比如《老友记》，台词简单较为日常化口语化，人物语气表演夸张，有背景笑声帮助找笑点

　　其次建议选择自己感兴趣的美剧，一方面可以激发看下去的热情，更利于模仿角色说话

　　2.关掉字幕

　　字幕在上面会很干扰我们的，会不自觉想要看。关掉字幕有助于听懂——理解——记忆这个过程，不懂得意思就反复听，直到实在不清楚意思为止，再看字幕，记下用法，如此以来才能印象深刻。

　　3.反复听睡前听

　　听一遍是不够的，反复听，久而久之，我们的语音语调都会收到潜移默化的影响。这样相当于把自己置身于英语环境之中，培养自己与英语这门语言的熟悉程度，时间越久，成效越明显。

　　4.做笔记

　　记下美剧中出现的不认识的单词或者干扰理解的句子，或者英美文化，有助于增加自己的知识储备和对英美国家的了解，有助于口语的提高和便于以后与外国人交流。

　　5.跟读

　　听着剧中人物说一句，我们跟着说一句。模仿语音、语调、语气，此方法要求较高，但是坚持下来，久而久之，想到一个句子就能脱口而出了，并且能够较为标准的表达自己的意思。

　　6.模仿

　　模仿自己喜欢的角色，兴趣是最好的老师。找一个或者几个自己喜欢的角色，模仿其语音、语调、语速，可以学习他独特的表达方式和一些口头禅，模仿自己喜爱的角色，何尝不是一件愉快的事呢?
