语言学习技巧 | 每天学十五分钟比一周五小时更有效

最近一项研究发现，在外语学习过程中，高频次短时段的学习比低频次长时段更加有效，也就是说坚持一天练习十五分钟，比一周一次，每次干坐在书桌前五小时有用得多。

同时，将外语学习生活化、场景化也是一个提高外语水平的好方法，例如把手机电脑的常用语言设置为你正在学习的外语语种。
