Ms Pimsner is a professor with over ten years of professional teaching experience. She has taught art history, and writing courses for various colleges, non-profits and private companies. In addition, she has tutored and advised pre-college students throughout the Boston and Philadelphia and acted as a literacy specialist and reading S.T.A.R.S tutor for students for the Free Library of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Public School District. She is also the founder and director of the International Institute of Contemporary Art and Theory, a residency program that mentors international artists and writers.
Ms. Pimsner holds a Masters Degree from Maryland Institute College of Art and Bachelor Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds an Economics certificate from the Institut fur deutsche Sprache und Kultur , a TEFL certicate, and is Cambridge certified to tutor students.
